Beau Russell is an American attorney admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and he is doing his best to master Danish.
Beau has extensive experience with U.S. immigration law. Prior to joining THOMAS MARTIN, he worked in California where he assisted individuals in complex immigration matters. He now assists clients with a range of matters including investor visas (E-2), visitor visas (B1/B2), intra-company transfers (L-1), cultural exchange visas (J-1), specialty occupation visas (H-1B), green cards, family reunification applications and waivers of inadmissibility. Beau has successfully assisted thousands of clients from families, to single entrepreneurs to publicly traded companies. Beau is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Beau began his career in immigration representing underserved and indigent individuals at the McGeorge School of Law Community Legal Services Immigration Clinic.
Beau lives full time with his wife in Denmark.
