Beau Russell is a U.S. attorney admitted to the California Bar. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and he is doing his best to master Danish.
Beau has extensive experience with U.S. immigration law. Prior to joining THOMAS MARTIN, he worked in California where he assisted hundreds of individuals in complex immigration matters. He has assisted individuals with investor visas (E-2), visitor visas (B1/B2), intra-company transfers (L-1), green cards, family reunification and waivers of inadmissibility. Beau also has experience representing individuals in immigration court, immigration custody and immigration hearings in the United States. Beau is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Beau began his career in immigration representing underserved and indigent individuals at the McGeorge School of Law Community Legal Services Immigration Clinic. He has continued giving back by providing pro bono immigration services to members of the United States Armed Services. Beau lives full time with his wife in Denmark.
